Abstract:

Cíl: Tato diplomová práce se zaměřila na sexualitu žen během těhotenství. Hlavním cílem bylo analyzovat sexualitu žen během těhotenství. Dílčími cíli bylo analyzovat sexualitu žen během těhotenství v závislosti na sociodemografických charakteristikách (věk, vzdělání, počet gravidit, trimestr těhotenství), v závislosti na jednotlivých doménách obsažených v dotazníku (sexuální touha, vzrušení, lubrikace, orgasmus, spokojenost, bolest). Metodika: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 131 žen, které byly v té době těhotné. Sběr dat probíhal od dubna do srpna 2025. Pro zjištění byl použit standardizovaný dotazník Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) - Index ženské sexuální funkce, který byl doplněn sociodemografickými údaji. Výsledky: Bylo zjištěno, že sociodemografické údaje (věk, vzdělání a počet těhotenství) neovlivňují sexualitu těhotných žen. Naopak jednotlivé trimestry těhotenství mohou významně ovlivňovat sexualitu těhotných žen. Nejvyšší podíl žen se sexuální dysfunkcí byl zaznamenán ve třetím trimestru těhotenství (62,2 %). Výzkum v jednotlivých doménách FSFI dotazníku ukázal, že v doméně sexuální touha, sexuální vzrušení, lubrikace a orgasmus není rozdíl mezi těhotnými ženami v sexualitě v závislosti na sociodemografických údajích. Statisticky významný rozdíl byl zjištěn v doméně spokojenost se sexuálním životem a věkem těhotných žen. Větší spokojenost se sexuálním životem udávají mladší ženy. V doméně bolest byl z hlediska trimestru těhotenství také shledán statisticky signifikantní rozdíl. Nejnižšího průměrného počtu bodů v doméně bolest dosahovaly ženy, které byly již ve třetím trimestru těhotenství, což znamenalo více nepohodlí, nebo bolesti spojené se sexuální aktivitou. Rozdíl v pociťování bolesti či nepohodlí spojeném s pohlavním stykem je oproti ženám, které byly v prvním a třetím trimestru, statisticky signifikantní. Závěr: Výsledky ukázaly, že sociodemografické údaje těhotných žen nemají na jejich sexualitu moc velký vliv. Za významný faktor lze považovat trimestr těhotenství. V posledním trimestru gravidity je největší míra sexuální dysfunkce a ženy nejčastěji uvádějí bolest či nepohodlí během pohlavního styku.

Abstract:

Goal: This thesis focused on women's sexuality during pregnancy. The main objective was to analyze sexuality in women during pregnancy. The sub-objectives were to analyze sexuality in women during pregnancy depending on sociodemographic characteristics (age, education, marital status, number of pregnancies, trimester of pregnancy), depending on the individual domains included in the questionnaire (sexual desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm, satisfaction, pain). Methodology: The research sample consisted of 131 women who were pregnant at the time. Data collection took place from April to August 2025. The standardized Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) questionnaire was used for the assessment, supplemented with sociodemographic data. Results: It was found that sociodemographic factors (age, education, and number of pregnancies) do not influence the sexuality of pregnant women. On the contrary, the individual trimesters of pregnancy can significantly influence the sexuality of pregnant women. The highest proportion of women with sexual dysfunction was recorded in the third trimester of pregnancy (62.2 %). Research in the individual domains of the FSFI questionnaire showed that in the domains of sexual desire, sexual arousal, lubrication, and orgasm, there is no difference in the sexuality of pregnant women based on sociodemographic data. A statistically significant difference was found in the domains of satisfaction with sexual life and the age of pregnant women. Younger women reported greater satisfaction with their sexual life. A statistically significant difference was also found in the pain domain in terms of the trimester of pregnancy. The lowest average score in the pain domain was achieved by women who were already in the third trimester of pregnancy, which indicated more discomfort or pain associated with sexual activity. The difference in the perception of pain or discomfort associated with sexual intercourse is statistically significant compared to women who were in the first and third trimesters. Conclusion: The results showed that the sociodemographic characteristics of pregnant women do not have a significant impact on their sexuality. The trimester of pregnancy can be considered a significant factor. The highest rate of sexual dysfunction occurs in the third trimester, and women most frequently report pain or discomfort during sexual intercourse.
