Assisted custody transition of parents with child/children in terms of providing social activation services to families with children

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá informovaností o službě asistovaných kontaktů a informovaností o oblastech, které na ni bezprostředně navazují a asistované kontakty ovlivňují. Cílem diplomové práce, je zjistit: „V čem současný způsob zprostředkování informací napomáhá a v čem brzdí možnosti poskytování asistovaných kontaktů?“ Při zkoumání zjišťuji, jaké aspekty ovlivňují možnosti poskytování asistovaných kontaktů a jak jsou o nich rodiče a pracovníci informováni. Teoretická část diplomové práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol, které se věnují legislativě kontaktu rodiče s dítětem, psychickému dopadu rozchodu rodičů na dítě, asistovaným kontaktům v jejich specificích a sociálně aktivizačním službám jako poskytovatelům asistovaných kontaktů. Výzkumná strategie v diplomové práci je volena formou kvalitativní. Při zkoumání bylo využito dotazování pracovníků, kteří asistované kontakty poskytují a rodičů, kteří službu využili, analýzy spisové dokumentace klientů a analýzy dokumentů, které se vztahující k poskytování služby.

Abstract:

This master´s thesis deals with awareness of service assisted custody transition and awareness of parts that immediately follow it and influence providing assisted custody transition. The aim of this thesis is to find out: “What´s the current way of providing information helps and what hinders the possibility of providing assisted custody transition?” During my research I figure out what aspects influence the possibility of providing assisted custody transition and how parents and workers are informed about them. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into four chapters that deal with legislation contacting parents with children, parents' separation and follows psychological impact on the child, assisted custody transition in their specific and social activation services providers, such as assisted custody transition. I have used a qualitative research strategy in this thesis. When examining I applied the form of the questioning of workers who provide assisted custody transition and parents who have taken advantage of the service, analysis of client´s documentation, and analyzing the documents relating to the providing of services.
