Analysis of the organizational structure of OTP Bank, a public company with limited liability

Abstract:

The chosen theme of his elaborate, in the analysis of the organizational structure of OTP Bank have examined and analyzed the organizational structure, management operative banks in Hungary in terms of Hungarian and foreign subsidiary banks. To determine the aspects of the analysis and evaluation of the organization's structure, I looked enterprises, their typical forms, advantages, disadvantages and methods of analysis. The presentation of the Development organization familiar with the formation of the Hungarian banking system, privatization period and place that in the OTP occupied. The assessment of organizational structure OTP familiarize types of organizational structures Hungarian banks, especially in relation to the banking sector to the public and small businesses. Then introduce the organization structure of OTP Bank, part of its organizational units, their functions, powers and duties. Based on the processing of the literature I have drawn up an analysis of the organizational structure of OTP Bank. During the analysis, I found that the bank is responsible organizations with a divisional structure. The advantage is that the strategic and operational leadership is well separated and management focuses on strategic decisions. This structure OTP to further develop its priority, which has become an important element of the management system that reinforces the centralized circuit respectively decentralized activities carried out along the way to increase business responsiveness banks, expanding innovation, business alignment.

Abstract:

Vo vybranej téme svojho elaborátu, v analýze organizačnej štruktúry OTP Banky som skúmal a analyzoval organizačnú štruktúru, vedenie určujúcej banky v Maďarsku, z hľadiska maďarských a zahraničných dcérskych bánk. K určeniu hľadísk analýzy a hodnotenia som prezrel štruktúry organizácie podnikov, ich typické formy, prednosti, nevýhody a metódy analýzy. V prezentácii úsekov vývoja organizácie oboznámim s formovaním sa Maďarského bankového systému, obdobie privatizácie a miesto, ktoré v tomto OTP obsadilo. K posúdeniu organizačnej štruktúry OTP oboznámim typy organizačných štruktúr maďarských bánk, špeciálne v súvislosti s bankovým sektorom pre obyvateľstvo a malé podniky. Následne predstavím štruktúru organizácie OTP Banky, úlohu jej organizačných jednotiek, ich funkciu, kompetenciu a úlohy. Na základe spracovania odbornej literatúry som vyhotovil analýzu organizačnej štruktúry OTP Banky. Počas analýzy som zistil, že banka zodpovedá organizáciám s divíznou štruktúrou. Prednosťou je, že strategické a operatívne vedenie je dobre oddelené a vedenie sa sústreďuje na strategické rozhodnutia. Túto štruktúru OTP na svoju prednosť ďalej rozvíjala, čím sa stala dôležitým prvkom systému riadenia, že upevňuje okruh centralizovaných respektíve decentralizovane vykonávaných činností popri tom, že zvyšuje obchodnú reakčnú schopnosť banky, rozšírenie inovácií, zladenie činnosti.
