The History of Programmes about Cooking on Private TV Channels (Nova, Prima)
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je charakterizovat historii pořadů o vaření v soukromých TV. Práce je rozdělena na 3 části. První část popisuje historický vývoj gastronomie. Druhá část je zaměřena na nejznámější kuchaře a jejich televizní pořady. Třetí část nastiňuje možné budoucí trendy, které mohou ovlivnit televizní pořady o vaření.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is characteristic of the history of cooking on private TV channels. The dissertation is divided into three parts. The first part describes historical development of gastronomy. The second part focuses on the most famous chefs and their TV shows. The third part concentrates on trends in the future, which could influence TV cooking shows.
