Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice pasivního vzorkování sinicových toxinů. V rámci práce byla realizována studie zaměřená na sledování toxinů microcystinů v nádržích pitné vody a přilehlých úpravnách. This thesis focuses on issue of passive sampling of cyanobacterial toxins. A field study investigating concentrations of toxins microcystins in drinking water reservoirs and adjacent treatment plants was performed using laboratory prepared POCIS type samplers with polycarbonate membrane and a commercially available sorbent Oasis HLB.
