Diplomová práca sa zaoberá postavením a vzájomnými väzbami oddelenia marketingu a oddelenia obchodu vo vybraných organizáciách. Pozornosť je zameraná na vzájomné vzťahy, komunikáciu a kooperáciu. A to či už ako túto vzájomnú symbiózu dvoch oddelení vnímajú marketingoví a obchodní manažéri vybraných firiem, ale aj zamestnanci, ktorí pracujú na ich oddeleniach.
