Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aktuální problematiku přestupků, konkrétně proti veřejnému pořádku, a je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První čtyři kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na přestupky, jejich sankce a na řízení o nich. The Bachelor thesis focuses on the current problematic of offences, specifically against public order and is divided into seven chapters. The first four chapters focus on offences, their sanctions and their proceedings.
