Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je zostaviť podnikateľský zámer nového gastronomického zariadenia. Pri jeho spracovaní boli použité príslušné analýzy, ktorými sú analýza PEST, analýza konkurencie, dodávateľov, trhových segmentov a OT analýza.
