Methods of Heating and Hot Water in a Family House
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je zároveň teoretická, ve které popisuji problematiku jednotlivých principů vytápění v rodinných domech. Druhá část praktická, je zaměřena na ocenění dvou různých nemovitostí. V mém případě rodinný dům a bytovou jednotku v bytovém domě. Třetí a poslední část se věnuje analýze trhu s realitami v okrese Praha - východ.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is also theoretical, in which I describe the issues of individual heating principles in family houses. The second part is practical and focused on the valuation of two different real estates. In my case, a family house and a flat in an apartment house.
