Methods and techniques of social work used in the social activation services for families with children

Abstract:

Moje bakalářská práce je orientovaná na metody a techniky sociální práce užívané v sociálně aktivizačních službách pro rodiny s dětmi. Je pojata jako teoreticko-aplikační. V teoretické části práce jsem se zaměřila na vysvětlení základních pojmů a uvedení do dané problematiky. První kapitola práce se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů - co je to sociální práce, jaký má cíl, úrovně sociální práce, kdo je to sociální pracovník, co je to metoda a technika sociální práce. Druhá kapitola je zaměřená na sociální práci s rodinou. Zde se dozvíme co je to rodina, jaké máme funkce rodiny, jaké používáme metody a techniky k posuzování rodiny, co jsou to ohrožené rodiny a kdo jsou to mnohoproblémové rodiny. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na sociálně aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi, jaký mají cíl, kdo jsou poskytovatelé sociálních služeb a jaké jsou typy služeb poskytovaných rodinám s dětmi. Čtvrtá kapitola je orientovaná na sociálně aktivizační centrum pro rodiny s dětmi, najdeme zde, kdo jsou to uživatelé center, jaké máme poslání center a kdo tyto centra financuje. V aplikační části práce jsem vymezila co je to Sociálně aktivizační centrum pro rodiny s dětmi Centrum Pramínek, kde ho najdeme a jaké je jeho poslání. V rámci aplikační části práce jsem použila metodu sběru dat a to analýzu dokumentů. Analyzovala jsem dokumenty jako je výroční zpráva Charity Frýdek-Místek z roku 2016, webové stránky Charity Frýdek-Místek, spisovou dokumentaci klientů sociálně aktivizačního Centra Pramínek a veškeré informace mám doplněny skrz expertní rozhovor se sociální pracovnicí Centra Pramínek paní Mgr. Lenkou Vaňkovou, Dis.. V další části aplikační části práce jsem vložila etickou klausuli, vymezila 2 kazuistiky rodin, pomocí kterých jsem se snažila zjistit, jakou metodu a techniku sociální práce s rodinou využívají v Centru Pramínek. Poté jsem tyto 2 kazuistiky porovnala skrz komparaci a doplnila aplikační část o diskuzi.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is focused on methods and techniques of social work used in social activation services for families with children. In the theoretical part of the thesis I focused on explaining the basic concepts and putting into the given issue. The first chapter of the thesis is focused on defining the terms - what is social work, what is the goal, the level of social work, who is the social worker, what is the method and technique of social work. The second chapter is focused on social work with the family. Here we learn about family, family functions, how we use methods and techniques to assess family, what are endangered families, and who are multi-family families. The third chapter is focused on social activation services for families with children, the goal of who are providers of social services and the types of services provided to families with children. The fourth chapter is focused on the social activation center for families with children, we can find here who are the users of the centers, the missions of the centers and who finances them. In the application part of the thesis I have defined what is the Social Activation Center for Families with Children Center Pramenek, where we can find it and what its mission is. Within the application part of the thesis I used the method of data collection and document analysis. I have analyzed documents such as Charity Frýdek-Místek annual report 2016, Charity Frýdek-Místek website, documentation of clients of the social activation center Prameňek and all the information has been supplemented by an expert interview with Mrs Praminek's social worker Mrs. Mgr. Lenka Vaňková, Dis .. In the next part of the application part of the thesis we introduced an ethical clause, defined two case studies of families, by which I tried to determine method and technique of social work with family. Then I compared these two case studies through a comparison and added the application part to the discussion.
