The Comparison of the selected countries´ factors for the Adler Czech, a.s.´s export.

Abstract:

Vybraný podnik v současné době plánuje rozšířit export svých výrobků do dalších zemí a diplomová práce zjišťovala, které z vybraných zemí jsou konkurenceschopné pro export výrobků. Cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumat a porovnat klíčové faktory ovlivňující konkurenceschopnost ve vybraných zemích za pomoci Porterova diamantového modelu s návrhem rozšíření exportu produktů firmy Adler Czech, a.s. do těchto zemí. V diplomové práci bylo zkoumáno 8 vybraných zemí v rámci Evropy, do kterých vybraná firma plánuje rozšířit export svých výrobků a zároveň zde byla stanovena otázka "Jsou vybrané země, do kterých firma Adler Czech a.s. hodlá exportovat, konkurenceschopné?". Práce využívala sekundární zdroje dat, které byly získány z Eurostatu, kdy byly zjišťovány faktory jako HDP, HDP na obyvatele, reálný růst HDP a kupní síla obyvatel. Faktory byly zkoumány v rámci Porterova diamantového modelu a porovnány mezi sebou. Při vyhodnocování sekundárních dat byla využita shluková analýza. V rámci shlukové analýzy vznikly 3 shluky, kdy v prvním shluku bylo za nejlepší zemi vybráno Švédsko, ve druhém shluku Polsko a ve třetím shluku Francie. Z výsledků diplomové práce je zřejmé, že všechny vybrané země jsou konkurenceschopné. Firmě bylo doporučeno v rámci prvního shluku zaměřit se na kvalitu svých produktů. V rámci druhého shluku bylo firmě doporučeno zvolení podobného postupu penetrace na daný trh jako u států, kam již vyváží. Státy ve třetím shluku patří mezi největší ekonomiky ze sledovaných zemí, tudíž zde byla zjištěna velká pravděpodobnost úspěšného proniknutí na tyto trhy.

Abstract:

The selected company is currently planning to expand its product exports to other countries, and the thesis has found out which of the selected countries are competitive for exporting products. The aim of this diploma thesis is to explore and compare key factors influencing competitiveness in selected countries with the help of Porter's diamond model with the proposal to expand the export of Adler Czech, a.s. to these countries. In the diploma thesis, eight selected countries within Europe were examined, into which the selected company plans to expand the export of its products and at the same time the question: ,,Are the selected countries to which Adler Czech a.s. wants to export, competitive?" has been determined. The thesis used secondary data sources, which were obtained from Eurostat, when factors such as GDP, GDP per capita, real GDP growth and the purchasing power of the population were identified. The factors were examined by means of the Porter's diamond model and compared to each other. The cluster analysis was used to evaluate the secondary data. In the cluster analysis, three clusters were created, in which Sweden was selected as the best country in the first cluster, Poland in the second cluster, and France in the third cluster. It is clear from the results of the thesis that all selected countries are competitive. The company was recommended to focus on the quality of its products in the first cluster. In the second cluster, the company was recommended to choose a similar market penetration procedure as it did for countries where it already exports. Third cluster countries are among the largest economies in the countries under review, so there is a high probability of successful penetration into these markets.
