Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku institutu oddlužení fyzických osob upravenou zákonem č. 182/2006 Sb., o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení (insolvenční zákon). Práce obsahuje celkové zhodnocení oddlužení a blíže se zaměřuje na komparaci právní úpravy účinné do 31. 12. 2013 a od 1. 1. 2014, tedy po účinnosti tzv. revizní novely. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on issue of debt forgiveness regulated by Act. No. 182/2006 Coll., on Bankruptcy and Its Settlement Methods (the Insolvency Act). The thesis complexly considers debt forgiveness and in more detail focuses on the comparation of legal regulation effective from 31 December 2013 to 1 January 2014, i.e. after effective date of the revisional amendment of the Insolvency Act.
