Cieľom tejto práce je vytvoriť návrh stratégie pre vybraný podnik s vy-užitím stakeholderského prístupu. V úvode práce bol vytýčený hlavný cieľ, parciálne ciele a výskumné otázky. Hlavná časť práce bola rozdele-ná do troch častí.
