Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou rozpočtového hospodaření obce a účetní reformou, která započala rokem 2010. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části své diplomové práce se věnuji obecné charakteristice obce, legislativnímu rámci, kompetenci orgánů obce a rozpočtovému procesu. This thesis deal with the characteristics of budgetary management of the municipality and accounting reforms that has begun in the year 2010. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.
