Diplomová práce se zabývá použitím metod vícekriteriálního rozhodo-vání při řízení podniku. První tři kapitoly jsou věnovány teoretickým poznatkům, a to organizačnímu uspořádání obchodních jednotek, roz-hodovacímu procesu a v neposlední řadě vícekriteriálním metodám. The diploma thesis deals with the use of multicriteria decision-making methods in business management. The first three chapters are devot-ed to theoretical knowledge, namely the organizational structure of business units, the decision-making process and, last but not least, multicriteria methods.
