Anotácia:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Vztah mezi úrovní systému řízení znalostí a finančním výkonem podniků“ je analýza úrovně znalostního managementu softwarových společností v České Republice a vztahu této úrovně s finančními výsledky podniků. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, způsoby měření ZM a specifika softwarových firem. V praktické části je popsána metoda sběru a analýzy primárních dat a jsou rozebrány výsledky dotazníku a korelační a regresní analýzy. Hlavním poznatkem je absence statisticky významného vztahu mezi úrovní ZM a finančími výsledky podniků ve výzkumném vzorku.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis “Relationship between the level of knowledge management and financial performance in companies” is an analysis of the level of KM in software companies in the Czech Republic and its relationship to financial results. In the theoretical part, the core concepts and methods for measuring KM together with the specifics of software companies are described. In the practical part, the method of primary data collection and analysis is detailed and the results of the questionnaire and correlation and regression analysis are presented. The main finding is the absence of a statistically significant relationship between KM and financial results in the research sample.
