Preparing Residents for Possible Emergencies and Crisis Situations in the Town of Břeclav

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přípravy obyvatelstva na mimořádné události a krizové situace. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána historie výchovy obyvatelstva, právní rámec a rešerše dostupných zdrojů. Dále je definován pojem mimořádná událost, krizová situace a úkoly ochrany obyvatelstva. Praktická část obsahuje popis rizik ve městě Břeclav. Také obsahuje způsob vzdělávání jednotlivých skupin obyvatelstva. V poslední řadě je zde návrh na provedení vzdělávací přednášky.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of preparing the population for emergencies and crisis situations. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on description of the history of education of the population, the legal framework and a search of available resources. Furthermore, the term emergency, crisis situation and tasks of population protection are defined. The practical part contains a description of risks in the city of Břeclav. It also contains the method of education of individual groups of the population. Lastly, there is a proposal for an educational lecture.
