Tato diplomová práce pojednává o metodách interpretace práva, jejich vzájemném poměru a použití v praxi. This thesis deals with methods of interpretation, their mutual relationship and use in practice. The fundamental aspect of the thesis is using specialized literature, corresponding case-law and legislation to summarize and introduce the reader to different methods of interpretation, standard and above standard, and analyze their mutual relationship.
