Influence teachers to create a positive climate of in the classroom nursery schools

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je vliv učitelky na utváření pozitivního klimatu ve třídě mateřské školy. V teoretické části objasňujeme pojmy klima, školní klima, klima třídy v mateřské škole. Dále popisujeme faktory ovlivňující klima třídy v mateřské škole. Těmi jsou motivace, pravidla a podmínky, jako činitele, posilující pozitivní klima v mateřské škole a učitelku, jako hlavního aktéra posilujícího klima v mateřské škole. V praktické části zjišťujeme, které možnosti využívá učitelka k utváření pozitivního klimatu ve třídě mateřské školy. To je naším stanoveným cílem. Položili jsme si několik dílčích otázek průzkumu, na které jsme si po provedeném dotazníkového šetření dokázali odpovědět.

Abstract:

Topic of the bachelor thesis is influence of teacher to create of a positive climate in the classroom of kindergarten. In the theoretical part we explain the concepts of climate, school climate, climate of the classroom in the kindergarten. Furthermore we describe factors, which affects the climate of the classroom in the kindergarten. And further motivation, rules and conditions, as factors which strengthens the positive climate in the kindergarten and teacher as the main actor who strengthens the climate in the kindergarten. In the practical part we find out, which the posibilities the teacher uses to create a positive climate in the classroom of the kindergarten. It is our the aim. We asked several sub-questions of the survey that could be answered after the realization of the research.
