Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice brownfieldů v České republice a zkou-má pozitivní příklady, kdy byly objekty regenerovány pro kulturní provoz. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části vymezuji pojmy, shrnuji historii a aktuální stav problematiky se SWOT analýzou, rozebírám aktuální politickou a legislativní podporu i možnosti financování. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of brownfields in the Czech Republic and exam-ines positive examples where buildings were regenerated for cultural activity. The work is divid-ed into two parts. In the theoretical part, I define terms, summarize the history and current state of the issue with a SWOT analysis, discuss current political and legislative support and fi-nancing options.
