Bakalářská práce se zabývá konfliktními situacemi, jejich příčinou a řešením na pracovišti. Jsou zde popsány a vysvětleny související pojmy a charakteristiky, které jsou čerpány z odborné literatury. Ve výzkumné části, prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření jsou zodpovězeny otázky, proč je důležitá znalost osobnostní složky – temperamentu – na vzniku a řešení konfliktů. The bachelor's thesis deals with conflict situations, their causes and solutions at the workplace. Related concepts and characteristics are described and explained here, which are drawn from the professional literature.
