Corporate culture in a selected company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce identifikuje jednotlivé aspekty firemní kultury ve vybraném podniku. Po dokončené analýze je provedeno vyhodnocení z výstupů, a nakonec dochází k formulaci návrhů na zlepšení.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis identifies individual aspects of corporate culture in a selected company. After the analysis is completed, an evaluation of the outputs is performed, and finally suggestions for improvement are formulated.
