Problems of Rental Housing in the CR
Abstract:
V období socialismu byl nájemní vztah zcela přizpůsoben modelu bydlení jakožto veřejné služby státu občanům, a tedy jednoznačně nakloněn nájemcům. Vznik takto pokřiveného vztahu se odehrával zcela mimo svobodnou vůli vlastníka nemovitosti. Základní soukromoprávní zásady stejně jako další typické atributy nájemního vztahu byly potlačeny, např. dobrovolnost, autonomie vůle, úplatnost. Po politickém převratu …more
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the legal relationship of residential lease in the Czech republic, the main aim is the historical progress and some problematic regulations.
