Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu diverzity managementu jako součásti firemní kultury. Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat základní principy firemní kultury ve vztahu k diverzity managementu, zjistit výhody a nevýhody praktické aplikace diverzity managementu ve dvou vybraných firmách a vytvořit soubor doporučení pro zaměstnavatele.Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými informacemi o řízení rozmanitosti a firemní kultuře, včetně popisu vývoje a současného stavu, metod a procesů implementace pro diverzity management.Praktická část se zaměřuje na popis vybraných společností s hlediska podnikové činnosti a obsahuje analýzu současného stavu v oblasti diverzity managementu a firemní kultury. Výzkum je prováděn pomocí různých metod, jako jsou kvalitativní rozhovory se zaměstnanci firem a analýza interních a externích materiálů společností

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of diversity management as a part of corporate culture in companies. The main aim of this thesis is to describe the basic principles of corporate culture in relation to diversity management, to identify the advantages and disadvantages of practical application of diversity management in two selected companies, and to create a set of recommendations for employers. The theoretical part deals with general information on diversity management and corporate culture, including a description of their development and current state, as well as a description of methods and processes for implementing diversity management.The practical part focuses on describing the selected companies in terms of their business activities and includes an analysis of the current state in the field of diversity management and corporate culture. The research was conducted using various methods such as qualitative interviews with company employees and analysis of internal and external company materials
