Bakalářská práce se zabývá tematikou omezení vlastnického práva k pozemkům ve zvláště chráněných územích. V úvodních kapitolách jsou vymezeny základní prameny právní úpravy a definovány pojmy, se kterými se budeme v rámci tematiky setkávat. This thesis deals with the topic of limitation of property rights to land in specially protected areas.
