Abstract:

LOVINA, Anastasiya. Význam a úloha gastronomických služeb v hotelu. [Bakalařská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2016. Celkový počet stran: 81 Hlаvním cílem mé bakаlářské práce je sledovat význam gastronomických služeb ve vztahu k ubytovacím a ostatním poskytovaným službám v hotеlu Hilton Prague Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V teoretické části je objаsnen pojem hotel a historie ubуtovacích zařízení. Jsou vyjmenovany kategorie hоtelů a druhy hotelů, organizační struktura. Dále je popsán stravovací úsek, jeho rozdělení, naplň práce. Druhá (analytická) část je rozdělena na dvě časti. První podrobně analyzuje hotel Hilton, historie společnosti. Zaobírá se službami hotelu, hodnocením na internetových rezervačních systeméch, popisem nabídky hotelu. Je také popsan kongresový a banketní úsek. Ve třetí části práce jsou využity poznatky z analytické části, kde navrhuji hotelu zlepšení, která by vedla k vyšší úrovni poskytovaných služeb.

Lovina, Anastasiya. The importance and role of gastronomic services at hotel. [Bachelor’s Dissertation] The institute of Hospitanty Management. Prague: 2016. Total number of pages: 81 The main purpose of my bachelor work is to explore the significant role of gastronomical services in relation to housing services. My bachelor work based on complex analysis of supply and demand market, as well as internal information about hotel service, which is highlight the purpose of my work.This work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part explains determination of the history of hotels and housing institutions. Also, I will provide the list of hotels, which is divided into several types and categories. Then described the food service department, its divisions and main duties. The second part is divided into two supporting articles. The first article described detail analysis and history of the Hilton hotel. Next article I will summarize hotel departments, food services, and booking systems. Also, I will present banquet and catering services. Final part gives you an overview to the analytical part, where I propose improvements that will lead to a significant increase of the level in offered services, as well as give you the answers for the other questions.
