Abstract:
Práce zabývající tradičními obaly používanými v potravinářství a vývojem nových trendů např. na bázi nanokompozitů, obalů s antimikrobiálními účinky apod. Součástí práce jsou i spotřebitelské a legislativní požadavky.
Abstract:
Work dealing with traditional packaging used in the food industry and the development of new trends, eg on the basis of nanocomposites, packaging with antimicrobial effects, etc. The work also includes consumer and legislative requirements.
