Abstract:

Diplomová práce Analýza náborového a výběrového procesu v malé organizaci si klade za cíl analyzovat stávající náborový a výběrový proces v malé organizací působící v oblasti gastronomie. Na základě zjištění jeho slabých a silných stránek a v souvislosti s teoretickými koncepty navrhnout řešení vedoucí k vyšší efektivitě. Teoretická část diplomové práce popisuje jednotlivá pravidla a metody náborového a výběrového řízení. Dále zahrnuje proces personálního plánování a organizační podmínky, které mohou mít na proces vliv. V závěru teoretické části práce poukazuje na možnosti zjišťování efektivity procesu. V metodologické části práce popisuje použité výzkumné metody, kterými jsou polostrukturované rozhovory, pozorování a studium písemných dokumentů. Dále práce definuje hlavní a dílčí výzkumné otázky, věnuje se výběru výzkumnému vzorku a limitům provedení výzkumu. Empirická část diplomové práce popisuje náborové a výběrové řízení ve vybrané organizaci a zasazuje jej do širšího kontextu personálního plánování a organizačních podmínek. V závěru práce hodnotí silné a slabé stránky jednotlivých částí procesu a stanovuje doporučení pro jejich zefektivnění.

Abstract:

The thesis The Analysis of Recruitment and Selection Process in Small Organization aims to analyse current recruitment and selection process in small organization operating in field of gastronomy. Based on its weaknesses and strengths and in conjunction with theoretical concepts, to propose a solution leading toward higher efficiency. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis describes individual rules and methods of recruitment and selection process. It also includes process of personnel planning and organizational conditions that can influence the process. At the end of the theoretical part thesis points out possibilities of determining the efficiency of the process. The methodological part describes research methods, which are semi-structured interviews, observation and study of documents. Furthermore, the thesis defines main and partial research questions; focuses on the selection of the research sample and discuss the limits of the research. The empirical part of the diploma thesis describes recruitment and selection process in selected organization and puts it in wider context of personnel planning and organizational conditions. At the end, the thesis evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of individual parts of the process and makes recommendations for their streamlining.
