Reflection of the network of relationships of school psychologist

Abstract:

Tato studie se zaměřuje na oblast školní psychologie na základních školách v České republice. Pojednává o reflexi vztahové sítě školními psychology, kteří spolupracují s projektem RAMPS VIP III. Práce je zaměřena na vztahy školního psychologa s jednotlivými aktéry školy, na navazování a udržování těchto vztahů a budování si pozice v systému školy. Výzkumu se účastnilo sedm školních psychologů z Jihomoravského kraje. Výzkum byl veden kvalitativním designem za použití polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a specificky vytvořené facilitační techniky. K analýze dat sloužilo otevřené a tematické kódování. Z výsledků studie byly určeny tři hlavní zdroje, které psychologa ovlivňují, rozmanitá variabilita pozic, kterou si na škole budují a dva styly strategií, které proces formování vztahové sítě provází.

Abstract:

The presented thesis is focused on the field of school psychology in primary schools in the Czech Republic. It deals with the topic of reflection of the network of relationships from the view of school psychologists who collaborate with the RAMPS VIP III project. The work focuses on relationships of school psychologist with other employees in school, on establishment and maintenance of these relationships and on building up the position in school system. There were seven school psychologists from south Moravian region included in the research. The research was conducted by using a qualitative design with semi-structured interviews and specifically created facilitation technique. There was open and thematic coding used for the data analysis. The results of the study determine that there are three sources which influence the school psychologist, a variety of position variability which she or he builds in school and two styles of strategies which accompany the process of formation of network of relationships.
