Use of physiotherapy for therapy of voice disorders

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hlasových poruch, jejich léčbou a možnostmi využití fyzioterapie u takto nemocných. Práce je dělena na dvě základní částí - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje anatomické, fyziologické a kineziologické aspekty hlasu a jeho tvorby. Dále se práce zabývá definováním a rozdělením hlasových poruch, jejich léčbou a možnostmi fyzioterapie u těchto poškození. V praktické části je uvedena kazuistika pacientky s hlasovou poruchou. Je zde popsána terapie, jež byla zvolena na základě výsledků vstupního vyšetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with problems of voice disorders, the in therapy and possibilities to use physiotherapy in these patients. The thesis is divided into two parts ? a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part includes anatomy, physiology and kinesiology aspects of voice and its creation. Definition, division of voice disorders, their treatment and possibilities of physiotherapy are also included. In practical part a case study of a patient with a voice disorder is introduced. Her therapy, which was chosen according to the results of initial examination,is also described there.
