Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá cash poolingom a jeho výhodami a nevýhodami pre banku a podnik. Teoretická časť sa venuje vymedzeniu banky a jej činnosti, podniku, finančnému manažmentu, cash managementu, treasury managementu , cash poolingu a jeho klasifikácií.
