Tato diplomová práce se zabývá měřením výkonnosti a efektivnosti výkonu ve veřejné správě. Teoretická část se zabývá rešerší vybraných pojmů v odborné literatuře, jmenuje základní metody na měření výkonu využívané ve veřejné správě a souhrnně popisuje proces modernizace veřejné správy.
