Tato práce se zabývá postavením Krajského soudu Hradec Králové v soudním systému Habsburské monarchie a organizací Krajského soudu. Tato práce je vymezena od 2. pol. 19. století do 1. pol. 20 století, zabývá se úředníky Krajského soudu v Hradci Králové, jejich postavením rozdělením soudní agendy, jejich náplní, jednotlivými druhy soudních úředníků. This thesis deals with the position of the Regional Court in Hradec Kralove of the Habstburg´s monarchy judicial system and its organization. This thesis is defined since 2 half of the 19th century to the first half of the 20th century.
