Automation of a Wastewater Treatment Plant

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá automatizací na nově postavené malé čistírně odpadních vod a to zejména tvorbou řídících algoritmů. V teoretické části je vypracována literární rešerše popisující složení odpadní vody a základní procesy pro odstranění nečistot v odpadní vodě. Dále je popsáno složení běžné technologické linky střední a malé čistírny odpadních vod a popis elektrické přípojky, zařízení a systém řízení technologických procesů. Praktická část popisuje konkrétní malou čistírnu z hlediska jednotlivých kroků technologie, navrhuje řešení automatizace s následnou softwarovou realizací a to zejména řídících algoritmů. Jednotlivé algoritmy pro konkrétní technologický blok jsou blíže vysvětleny v části práce, která se věnuje praktickému návrhu softwaru. Závěr práce se věnuje vyhodnocení přínosů a slabých míst řešení.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the automation of a newly built small wastewater treatment plant, in particular with the creation of control algorithms and visualization. In the theoretical part, a literature review describing the composition of wastewater and the basic processes for removing impurities in wastewater is developed. Furthermore, the composition of the normal technological line of a medium and small wastewater treatment plant is described, as well as a description of the electrical connection, equipment and technologi cal process control system. The practical part describes a specific small cleaning plant from the point of view of the individual steps of the technology, proposes an automation solution with subsequent software implementation, especially control algorithms. The individual algorithms for a specific technological block are explained in more detail in the part of the work that is devoted to the practical design of the software. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the evaluation of the benefits and weak points of the solution.
