Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je další odborné vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků v sociálně aktivizační službě pro rodiny s dětmi. Teoretická část práce je věnována vymezení pojmů sociální práce s rodinou, sociálním pracovníkům - jejich kompetencím a kvalifikaci. Dále je v teoretické části práce popsáno další odborného vzdělávání z legislativního hlediska, jeho přístupnost a význam, vzdělávání pracovníků v rámci organizace a úloha zaměstnavatele při vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků. Zmíněna je také motivace a bariéry při vzdělávání dospělých. Cílem práce je zjištění zkušeností a možností dalšího vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků v konkrétní sociální službě - sociálně aktivizační službě pro rodiny s dětmi v Rodinném centru Kroměříž, z.s. a Středisku výchovné péče. Praktická část práce zkoumá názory sociálních pracovníků sociálně aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi na jejich další odborné vzdělávání, a to za pomoci kvalitativní výzkumné metody.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is further vocational education of social workers in the social activation service for families with children. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to definitions of social work with the family, social workers - their competencies and qualifications. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the thesis describes further vocational education from a legislative point of view, accessibility and importance of further vocational education, education of workers in the organization and the role of the employer in education of social workers.Motivation and barriers in adult education are also included. The aim of the thesis is to find out the experience and possibilities of further education of social workers in a specific social service - social activation service for families with children in the organization Rodinné centrum Kroměříž, z.s. a Středisko výchovné péče. The practical part of the bachelor thesis examines the views of social workers of the social activation service for families with children on their further vocational education, using a qualitative research method.
