Smluvní princip v českém pracovním právu

The principle of contract in the Czech Labour Law
Abstract:
Pracovní právo je odvětvím práva soukromého a jako takové stojí na společných hodnotách a zásadách. Jendou z nejvýznamnějších zásad je zásada smluvní svobody, nebo též autonomie vůle. Nový zákoník práce je v souladu s touto zásadou liberálnější než předchozí úprava.
Abstract:
Labour law is a branch of private law and so they both are built on the same worthes and maxims. One of the most important principles is freedom of contract, or as well principle of autonomous will. New Labour code is in order to this maxim more liberal than the previous one.
