Analysis of the audit in public service and proposal of changes in areas of economic, organizational structure and education of employees
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit organizační směrnice pro účetní jednotku Obec Vrbici. Smyslem je podchytit všechny podstatné skutečnosti organizací používaných ekonomických, účetních a řídících postupů a vytvořit tak důležitý nástroj řízení, kterým se budou všichni zaměstnanci a vedení účetní jednotky v budoucnu řídit.
Abstract:
The purpose of the dissertation is to establish the organizational directive for the accounting entity municipality Vrbice. The objective is to describe all the relevant realities of the economical, accounting and managing methods using in the accounting entity and thus set up essential tool for managing which all the employees and the management of the accounting entity will obey in the future.
