Abstract:
Práce se zabývá zajištěním osob v trestním řízení, konkrétně vazbou a zadržením. Práce je rozdělena do 14 kapitol, které se věnují zejména zadržení osoby podezřelé, důvodům vazby, rozhodování o vazbě a rozhodováním o dalším trvání vazby.
Abstract:
The works deals with detention of persons, especially custody and detention. The works is devided into 14 chapters, which dedicates especially detention of suspected person, grounds for custody, decision on custody and decision on duration of custody.
