The posibilities of developing work habits as one of the resocialization approaches for the people leaving facilities of Institutional Upbringing

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem pracovních návyků u jedinců umístěných ve školských zařízeních pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy. V teoretické části je popsána problematika náhradní ústavní péče, zahrnující pojetí a zařízení ústavní výchovy. Dále je pozornost zaměřena na význam sociálních kompetencí, dovedností a návyků. Analyzuji neziskové organizace věnující se přípravě mladých dospělých na opuštění ústavní výchovy. Část empirickou tvoří kvalitativní výzkum. Data byla získána prostřednictvím interview s pedagogickými pracovníky ústavní výchovy. Analyzována jsou podle postupů zakotvené teorie. Na základě kvalitativní metody výzkumu je popsán stav úrovně pracovních návyků u adolescentů. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak rozvoj návyků probíhá v zařízeních ústavní výchovy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the development of the working habits of youth placed in school facilities for institutional and protective education. The theoretical part describes the issue of the alternative care in institutions, including the concept and institutional care. Further, main attention is focused to the importance of social competencies, skills and habits. Nonprofit organizations dedicated to preparing young for leaving institutional care are analyzed in this thesis. Empirical part contains qualitative research. Data were obtained by the interviews with the educators in institutional care facilities. Analysis of data was done according to the Grounded Theory Procedure. State-level of working habits among adolescents is described on the basis of qualitative research methods. The thesis aims to determine how the development of skills is managed in institutional care.
