The Burnout Syndrome of workers in social services and paliative care
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci budu zkoumat syndrom vyhoření u osob, které pečují o umírající a těžce nemocné klienty. V teoretické části se zaměřím na stěžejní teorii týkající se této problematiky. V empirické části formou kvantitativní metody vyhodnotím výsledky výzkumu práce.
Abstract:
In my diploma thesis, I will examine burnout syndrome in people who care for dying and seriously ill clients. In the theoretical part I will focus on the key theory related to this issue. In the empirical part, in the form of a quantitative method, I evaluate the results of the research of the work.
