Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje současnou problematiku tenkých vrstev na bázi Zr a B4C. Ukazuje jakých výsledků se do této doby dosáhlo a jaké jsou další možnosti. V další části práce jsou popsány metody tvorby tenkovrstvých systémů zejména pulzní magnetronová depozice. Dále pak metody studia a hodnocení vlastností vrstev (Mechanické, elektrické vlastnosti a oxidační odolnost vrstev za vysokých teplot). V závěru …more

This work investigates current problems of thin films based on Zr and B4C. It shows present achievements and opportunities of this field of study. In next part of the work are described methods of deposition of thin films especially pulsed magnetron deposition.
