Chemical composition of Achuqcha (Cyclanthera pedata)
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nový druh zeleniny, a to na ačokču. První část se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou a vlastnostmi ačokči. Následně je rozebráno její složení a biologicky aktivní látky. Dále jsou popsány biologicky aktivní látky u podobné zeleniny. V poslední řadě jsou zmíněny analytické metody využívané při stanovení látek v ačokče.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on a new kind of vegetables on Cyclanthera pedata. The first part deals with general characteristics and properties Cyclanthera pedata. Subsequently, its composition and biologically active substances are analyzed. Furthermore, biologically active substances in similar vegetables are described.
