Předmětem bakalářské práce „Strategická analýza konkrétního podniku“ je provést analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, analýzu silných a slabých stránek podniku a navrhnout strategii pro jeho další rozvoj. The goal of the bachelor work: “Strategic analysis of the particular company” is to analyze external and internal environment, strengths and weaknesses of the company and to propose a strategy for future development.
