Company Competitiveness in Terms of Industry 4.0

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zhodnocení konkurenční schopnosti podniku a následné doporučení a návrhy, jak být konkurenceschopný v turbulentním prostředí 4. průmyslové revoluce. V teoretické části práce je uveden přehled základních pojmů týkajících se konkurence, kon-kurenceschopnosti a pojmů souvisejících s prostředím internetu. Následuje popis jednotli-vých metod pro hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti. V praktické části je charakterizována spo-lečnost a realizovány metody hodnocení konkurenční schopnosti podniku za pomocí SWOT analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil, finanční analýzy a analýzy konkurence pomocí marketin-gového mixu.

Abstract:

The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of the company and the subse-quent recommendations and proposals how to be competitive in the turbulent environment of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The theoretical part overviews basic terms related to com-petition, competitiveness and terms related to the Internet Environment. Further describes individual methods for competitiveness assessment. The practical part of the thesis charac-terizes the company and implements the methods of competitive capability assessment of the company using the SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces model, financial analysis and compe-tition analysis using marketing mix.
