Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením výhodnosti finančního leasingu ve srovnání s úvěrovým financováním. Teoretická část poskytuje základní přehled o leasingu, jeho pojetí v českém právním prostředí a pohled na něj z účetního a daňového hlediska. This bachelor thesis is focusing on evaluation of an advantage of financial leasing in comparison to buying an asset on credit. The theoretical part provides a basic overview of leasing, its conception in the Czech legal environment and its view from accounting and tax perspective.
