Abstract:
Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na uplatnění manažerského účetnictví ve společnosti G-Team a.s. Hlavním cílem práce je snížit absolutní výši nepřímých nákladů, respektive je alokovat do kalkulovaných výkonů dle příčinné souvislosti. This thesis is focused on the application management accounting in the company G-Team a.s. The main aim is to decrease the absolute amount of indirect costs, that is to allocate them into costing performance in compliance with causation.
