Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku syndromu vyhoření u pedagogů na obchodních akademiích. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická, která vymezuje pojmy syndromu vyhoření, příznaky, příčiny, fáze, vyhoření v pedagogické profesi, prevenci a léčbu. This bachelor thesis is focused on the burnout syndrome issue of teachers at business academies. The thesis is divided into two parts.
