Personal management for employees of selected companies

Abstract:

Moje bakalářská práce se rozděluje na dvě části a zabývá se osobním managementem zaměstnanců u vybraných firem. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a definuje podstatu a význam self a time managementu. Na konci teoretické části najdete základní principy a postupy k efektivnímu využívání a řízení času za použití různých metod a technik. V praktické části je uvedena analýza současného stavu self a time managementu u jednotlivých zaměstnanců. Na základě této analýzy jsou provedeny návrhy na zlepšení sebeřízení a využívání času.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is divided into two parts and it is focused on personal management of a few employees sampled from two different companies. A theoretical part was written by using a special literature and defines an essence of self and time management. At the end of the theoretical part you will find out some basic principles and processes leading to the efficient time management. There are some special methods and techniques used in the theoretical part. In a practical part there is an analysis of the current state of self and time management in the main companies. My improving suggestions are based on the previous analysis.
