Conflicts between Pupils in the First Grade of Elementary School

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o vzniku a řešení konfliktů mezi žáky na 1. stupni základní školy. Konkrétně je zaměřena na konkrétní 1. třídu na základní škole v Olomouckém kraji. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena právě na konflikt. Tato kapitola definuje pojem konflikt a vymezuje typy, příčiny a řešení konfliktů. Druhá kapitola se věnuje škole se zaměřením na klima školy a klima třídy. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na vliv prostředí v edukačním procesu, kde popisuje konflikt ve školním prostředí, jaká může být osobnost žáka a jaký je proces utváření skupin ve třídě. Praktická část pojímá čtvrtou kapitolu, ve které je obsažena výzkumná část. Tedy výzkumný problém, cíle výzkumu a výzkumné otázky, metoda sběru dat, výzkumný soubor a vlastní výzkum. Pátá kategorie zahrnuje interpretaci dat, která byla získána formou pozorování a doplňkového dotazníku. Šestá kapitola obsahuje doporučení pro praxi. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je prozkoumat, které druhy konfliktů vznikají u žáků v 1. třídě.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis discusses the emergence and resolution of conflicts between pupils in the 1st grade of elementary school. Specifically, it is focused on a specific 1st grade at a primary school in the Olomouc Region. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is focused precisely on the conflict. This chapter defines the concept of conflict and defines the types, causes and solutions of conflicts. The second chapter is devoted to the school, focusing on the school climate and the classroom climate. The third chapter is focused on the influence of the environment in the educational process, where it describes the conflict in the school environment, what the student's personality can be and what the process of forming groups in the classroom is like. The practical part includes the fourth chapter, which contains the research part. That is, the research problem, the research objectives and research questions, the method of data collection, the research set and the research itself. The fifth category includes the interpretation of the data, which was obtained in the form of observation and a supplementary questionnaire. The sixth chapter contains recommendations for practice. The goal of my bachelor's thesis is to investigate which types of conflicts arise among students in the 1st grade.
