Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice půdní ekotoxikologie a zhodnocení rizika plynoucí z kontaminace půd pomocí kontaktních testů toxicity. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní principy interakce škodlivých látek s živými organismy, hlavní zdroje znečištění půdního prostředí a detailněji popsány sady testů s bezobratlými živočichy a vyššími rostlinami. This bachelor thesis is devoted to field soil ecotoxicology and risk assessment results of soil pollution by means of contact toxicity tests. In the theoretical part of thesis are introduced basic principles interaction of toxic substances with organisms, main sources of soil pollution and there are battery of tests with invertebrates and higher plants described in detail.
